Dagestani police arrest suspected train bomber

DAGESTAN, 28 July, Caucasus Times – Members of the Khasavyurtovskiy ROVD [District Internal Affairs Department] have detained one of the organizers of the terrorist act on a Khasavyurt-Makhachkala [electric train] on the morning of 24 July.
