Republic economy growth reported

ADYGEIYA, AUGUST 25, Caucasus Times, – In the first seven months, this year, the republic has had a steady economy growth, reaching 20%, the republic statistics committee said in the interview with Caucasus Times correspondent.

The industrial output of Adyghea has constituted 2 billion 150 million rubles or 120,1 % in comparison with the same time interval of 2003, the republic statistics committee report said. For the same period, the agricultural production has increased in 1,8 times. Most successful appeared to be communications industry and service – 255 %, and transport – 152 %.

The figures exceed the economy prognosis by at least 118%. The industry output surpasses the forecast by 403.3 million rubles, the Ministry of economic development of Adyghea said.
